Russ Scaramastra is vice president, strategic initiatives for Penske Truck Leasing. He has oversight of sales and operations for the utility, transit and on-site maintenance product lines. During his time at Penske spanning nearly 40 years, Scaramastra worked as a rental representative, rental manager, service manager and district manager. He also served as director of energy and telecom services. For five years Scaramastra was area vice president for the New England region, which included Massachusetts, Connecticut, Vermont and New Hampshire. He is a multiple recipient of the company’s President’s award. Scaramastra is a veteran of the U.S. Army. He earned a bachelor’s degree from Kutztown University of Pennsylvania and is active with the local Boys Scouts of America Council.
