Kerstin Lichtenvort has more than 20 years' experience in climate, energy and environmental policy. She joined the European Commission in 2005 and coordinates the NER 300 programme for the Directorate-General for Climate Action since 2013. Her special interest is climate finance aiming at reducing the EL) greenhouse gas emissions by at least 40% by 2030. She would like to understand how companies in Europe can best be incentivised and supported in bringing new low-carbon technologies and innovative solutions to the market
