Mark has led and participated in oil and gas and renewables transactions throughout his career, including representation of foreign governments and companies working with foreign governments. He has worked on transactions in many international jurisdictions, including Niger, Argentina, Tanzania, Côte-d'Ivoire, Benin, Ecuador, Somalia, Egypt, Chile, Brazil, Nicaragua, Australia, Pakistan, Panama, Guatemala, Mexico, China and Iraq. In addition, Mark has prepared and negotiated a wide variety of infrastructure-related agreements in the areas of thermal generation, wind farm development, coal to liquids, CO2 and LNG, including construction, equipment purchase, fuel supply and transportation, power purchase, and operation and maintenance agreements. He also has represented a range of development companies in negotiating private equity and debt arrangements at all stages of project development. Mark has also represented a variety of financial institutions and other capital providers.
