François Promel joined Tractebel in 1992. Currently, he is Key Expert in Digital Energy Solutions in the Energy Transition Department of Tractebel. Mr. François Promel sets his expertise in Energy Management System (EMS). He has a large experience in system modelling, function design and development, technical assistance, data management and training on Energy Management System (EMS) and Dispatcher Training Simulators (DTS).
