Nils currently acts as EnergyNest’s Research and Technology Manager. Prior to joining the company, he worked as a Professor and Head of Department at IMST – University College of Southeast Norway, and as a research staff member at IBM’s T.J. Watson Research Center – NY. He obtained his PhD in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Colorado at Boulder, USA. His expertise revolves around microelectromechanical systems (MEMS), sensors, simulations, CAD and materials science.
