Raivo Attikas is a project manager working with Enefit since 2012. Currently he is leading a project to increase the capacity of oil shale gas in the 8th unit of Eesti Power Plant. One of his major achievements include introducing low heating value oil shale in Narva power plants. Before Enefit, Raivo worked with at the transmission system operator Elering being responsible for long term system planning and power system reliable operation planning. Raivo has a PhD in Electrical Power Engineering from Tallinn University of Technology.
