Gert De Block is the Secretary General of CEDEC, since 1996 and has been active at the front row of the different stages in the development of the European energy and climate policies. After previous work experience in financial analysis and management information systems, he has been in the public energy sector at Belgian and European level since 1992. He is also the Secretary General of Inter-Regies, a Belgian federation of local public infrastructure companies in the energy distribution and cable-TV sector.
