Karen Ratcliff is the head of the Business Model Development team in Siemens Power Generation Services. Her previous role was Strategic Marketing Manager focused on long term service program pricing and strategy O&M marketing for the Americas. Before joining marketing, she was responsible for Business Development for the Environmental Systems and Services business. She also completed other business development initiatives such as technology and new business evaluations, regionalization and mergers and acquisitions. Her first role at Siemens was to market Siemens post-combustion carbon capture process in the United States. Prior to joining Siemens in 2007, Karen was an Operations Manager and served in multiple process engineering and planning and optimization positions in refining at ExxonMobil. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering from Louisiana Tech University and a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Texas at Austin.
