WonJu Sul is an international capital markets attorney who advises financial institutions, corporates and private equity sponsors on a wide variety of other debt and equity capital market and corporate finance transactions and U.S. securities law matters, with special focus on high-yield offerings and leveraged and acquisition finance transactions. Additionally, she has experience advising on wide range of asset-based finance and structured finance transactions involving commercial mortgages, bank loans, marketplace loans, SME loans, trade receivables, and renewables assets. WonJu received her J.D. cum laude from Cornell Law School, M.A. from Columbia University and B.A. cum laude from University of California-Berkeley. She is admitted to practice in New York and California. Currently WonJu is based in London, United Kingdom. WonJu is also the author of the book “A Primer on Climate Change and Renewable Energy Policies and Regulations: Designing Competitive and Sustainable Green Energy Markets”.
