Jan de Wit has been involved in research activities, education and third-party handover test of gas engines and turbines for cogeneration. Since 2010 Jan de Wit has been involved in the gas quality related issues of gas engines and gas turbines related to import of gas and injection of upgraded biogas in the grid. Jan de Wit has been involved in a number of demonstration/documentation of advanced CHP plants and grid interaction/balancing.
