Donna Pratt is the Performance Analysis Manager for Data Analytics in Reliability Risk Management at NERC. She is the Business Lead on NERC's implementation of GADS Wind data reporting. Donna has over 25 years of experience in the electric industry working with retail utilities in North America to design and implement dynamic pricing systems and in organized wholesale electricity markets on the integration of demand response and distributed energy resources into markets.
