Colin’s responsibilities for Bell Helicopter include domestic and international military business for the Navy V-22, Future Vertical Lift V-280 advance tiltrotor aircraft and Advanced Helicopter Training System. He served in the United States Navy as a naval aviator, joint operational planner and in the Defense Acquisition career field, and he is a graduate of the Unites States Naval Test Pilot School and Seahawk Weapons and Tactics Instructor course. His professional qualifications include career designations in warfare analysis & joint operational planning and acquisition certifications in program management, systems engineering and test & evaluation. Colin earned a Master of Science degree, in Systems Engineering, from Johns Hopkins University and a Master of Arts degree, in National Security and Strategic Studies, from the United States Naval War College, and he is a United States Naval Academy graduate with a Bachelor of Science degree in Systems Engineering.
