Angela Rey is a consultant with expertise in financial and program management with experience in both the public and private sector. She advises decision makers on budget and financial policy, reporting, and performance improvement initiatives; and has managed business transformation teams across a number of large federal agencies. Most recently she supported the HHS Office of Finance Audit Resolution Division on its enterprise-wide Single Audit efforts.
