Tracey is the national leader of RSM’s culture, diversity and inclusion (CDI) effort and a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) subject-matter expert. She lectures for business schools and trade organizations and is certified in Diversity and Inclusion as an Advanced Practitioner from Cornell University and completed her graduate work with honors at the Harvard Business School in Organizational Behavior. In 2020, the American Institute of Certified Public Accounting (AICPA) named her among the 25 Most Powerful Women in Accounting. Tracey also has 20 years of public policy and legislative affairs experience. She is the firm’s registered representative before Congressional lawmaking officials.
