Battalion Chief Leigh Hollins retired from Cedar Hammock FD (FL) w/ 37 years of service. He has an AS degree in fire science & an advanced degree in FD administration/management & maintains FL certs as FF/EMT, Inspector & Instructor. Hollins has been on the FDIC Committee & HOT instructor since 1996. He is presently a vol. FF with Fannin County GA. Hollins served as FE mag a contr ed 1991-2022.
