Ross is the Head of PA's Utility Advisory Practice (Americas) and he is based in Denver, CO. His team’s purpose is to be an enabler for our Utility clients to build a positive human future in a technology-driven world. We help our Utility clients deliver clean, reliable and affordable energy by leveraging digital technology & innovation, focused on achieving decarbonization goals, rapid electrification of transport, grid modernization & flexibility and improving the customer experience. Our work positively impacts the lives of our Utility’s customers & employees; ensures appropriate returns for stakeholders and investors in a responsible manner (supported by the regulator); and drives toward a cleaner and more sustainable environment – for communities, the planet and future generations. Ross was elected to Partner in 2007 and he is known for structuring and delivering large complex digital transformation programs for his clients. He is a recognized as an industry leader in Program Management, Digital Strategy development and associated financial models – and he has extensive international experience having lived and worked in the US, UK, Canada, Poland, Spain, Germany, Italy and New Zealand. Ross is a published author having co-authored two books on complex program planning, digital strategy and financial justification – one of which was in collaboration with GE Digital Energy. He is the author of numerous articles on strategic planning, return on investment modeling and digital transformation. Within PA, Ross leads several key accounts in the US on the West and East Coast, acting as the lead Partner for all engagements with these key accounts.
