Elizabeth Thompson is the Director of Advisory Services at EPIcenter, a nonprofit propelling energy innovation and thought for our global future with a think tank, incubator and accelerator, strategic partnerships, and critical conversations around energy. With 15 years of disruptive product and process improvement innovation, strategic planning, and project, program, and portfolio management experience, she oversees EPIcenter’s Advisory Services aimed to successfully codify, structure, coordinate, and manage the external innovation process and efforts for its clients. These services include focused project work and innovation pipeline management that extend clients’ bandwidth when it comes to energy initiatives. Elizabeth was previously the Director of Enterprise Innovation at USAA where she led the company’s employee and external innovation programs. She graduated with a B.A. from the University of Texas at San Antonio and holds M.A. degree from Our Lady of the Lake University.
