Faisal Rao is a Supervisor of the SCADA & Networks at Alectra Utilities, where he is responsible for providing real-time operational support to the various Internal and External Customers. Faisal received a Bachelor of Applied Technology degree in Process Automation from Mohawk College in Hamilton, Ontario. He also holds a Master of Electrical and Computer Engineering from Ryerson University in Toronto, Ontario. He is a Certified Engineering Technologist and has a Project Management Professional designation.
