Kate Monahan is a part of Accenture’s change management practice. She has worked with clients across various industries in over 20 countries. Most recently, Kate has been the Change Lead on an ADMS implementation at a large Midwestern utility. While executing large scale change programs, Kate leverages data and design-thinking techniques to ensure that solutions are human centered and users stay engaged throughout the implementation.
