Cyber-security and Operational Technology Infrastructure lead for CPS Energy Enterprise Information Technology on CPS Energy SCADA control systems. Work with multiple teams in defining cyber-security control requirements for inclusion on current SCADA systems in Production and future SCADA system upgrades. Responsible for the performance of cyber-security controls implemented on EMS and GMS SCADA systems in satisfying NERC CIP cyber-security requirements. Currently working with CPS Energy Teams in implementing cyber-security controls on the DMS and Gas SCADA systems in applying NIST 800-53 cyber-security controls for these systems to be in compliance with DFAR 252.204-7012 Facilities Related Control System (FRCS) cyber-security requirements. Working as a core team member in developing Vendor Management Solutions (VMS) satisfying NERC CIP 013 Supply Chain requirements as well as VMS solutions for managing the security of Utility data residing in off premise cloud environments. Currently performing as a NERC Standards Project Management Oversight Subcommittee (PMOS) Liaison with three NERC CIP Standards Development Teams. - Project 2016-02 – New Technology/Virtualization updates to the NERC CIP Standards, - Project 2019-02 BES Cyber System Information Access Management (Requirement updates allowing Cloud based BCSI solutions), and - Project 2019-03 Cyber Security Supply Chain Risks. Contributing to the definition of Distributed Energy Resource (DER) cyber-security controls as a team member on the SunSpec/Sandia DER Cybersecurity Data In Flight Workgroup working on California Rule 21 objectives.
