Tom was the founder and President of NRG Distributors, a leading wholesale equipment distribution company now owned by Ray Murray, Inc. Additionally, he served first as Vice President of Operations, and then as Vice President of Sales and Marketing, for Ferrellgas, where is responsibilities included oversight of the management team in the maintenance and expansion of storage and delivery infrastructure, employee and public safety and propane sales and customer growth. A decade ago, he founded ATomiK Creative Solutions, which served as a platform for his work with U.S. and International propane retailers, organizations like the Propane Education & Research Council (PERC), the National Propane Gas Association, state propane gas associations and other affiliated organizations in the building and construction industries. He is a training strategist, curriculum advisor, and qualified trainer for continuing education unit (CEU) courses for construction and energy professionals and has worked with teams of technicians, drivers, and customer service representatives across the country. Tom is frequent contributor to LP Gas Magazine.
