Dr.Kanchit Ngamsanroaj received his B. Eng., M. Eng. and Ph.D. degrees in electrical engineering from Chiang Mai University, Chiang Mai, Thailand. He has been working for Electricity Generating Authority of Thailand since 1989. Currently, he is working as assistant director – administration of Rajjaprabha Hydro Power Plant, Suratthani, Thailand. He is also working as Professional Activity Committee, Power & Energy Society Chapter IEEE Thailand Section. He has been involved for a number of years in research and development for power system analysis, power system planning, smart grid, energy storage, energy, control & instrument, simulation, system engineering and information technology.
