Mrs. Grace P. Sapuay is an Environmental Planner licensed by the Philippine’s Professional Regulation Commission (PRC). She has over 15 years of experience as a freelance consultant in various fields such as environmental planning, environmental management, solid waste management, and other projects requiring her expertise. She currently holds the position of Urban Planner in the ADB-assisted project Pakse Urban Environmental Improvement Project (PUEIP) in Pakse, Lao PDR. She is also currently working in other ADB-funded solid waste management projects in the Philippines (Waste to Energy Project) and as Solid waste management specialist for policy in the ADB project Mainstreaming Solid Waste Management in Asia. She worked as International Social Safeguards Specialist in an ADB-assisted road project in Tajikistan (2014-2016).
