Dr. Lamsam received his Doctoral of Engineering from Asian Institute of Technology. His expertise was on water and wastewater engineering. Then his interest was shifted to renewable energy filed as a designer as well as business development engineer of biogas systems in 2010. He has extensive experience in renewable energy project development in Thailand such as biogas system from tapioca, ethanol or palm oil. Afterwards, he joined Loxley Public Company Limited as the Technical Consultant on Waste to Energy. He is the driving force in a team for overall waste to energy project development from technical, financial and regulatory perspectives.
