Mr Tsang is a safety / risk and environmental consultant with over 10 years’ experience of providing multidisciplinary advisory services for clients across different sectors, including the oil and gas (onshore and offshore), petrochemical and energy industry. He has been involved with more than 50 multidisciplinary safety / environment related projects, acting as Chairman/Facilitator, Technical Specialist, Team Leader or Project Manager. Mr Tsang has extensive Hazard and Operability Study (HAZOP), Hazard Identification Study (HAZID), Environmental Hazard Study (ENVID), Safety Integrity Level Classification Study (SIL), Alarm Management Study (AMS) and Process Safety Management (PSM) experience. He has been involved in projects for major oil and gas companies including Hess, Petronas, QatarGas, SABIC, Saudi Kayan, Saudi Aramco, GASCO, Chevron, TOTAL, BP and Exxon-Mobil. He has also supported engineering companies including Technip, Tecnimont, JGC, Chiyoda, Samsung, Daelim, Hyundai, CTCI and Aker.
