Eric Shumway, now working with Myanmar's Ministry of Electricity and Energy, has 18 years of power markets experience, as a developer and advising utilities, lenders and developers internationally. Mr. Shumway (MA International Economic Policy, Columbia University 1998) was a Director at London Economics International prior to joining Delphos International in 2015.
