Mr. Heling has over 10 years of experience in the electricity sector, in functions spanning engineering, policy/strategy, and finance. At Pöyry, he has led electricity market studies, wholesale price projections, and financial analysis of generation projects across Southeast Asia. His past positions include six years at Pacific Gas & Electric Company in Northern California in technical, policy/strategic, and economic roles for both “behind-the-meter” and grid-side generation, and more recently, in Project Finance at SunEdison. Mr. Heling holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of California, Davis; an M.S. in Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering from the University of California, Irvine; and an M.B.A. from the University of California, Berkeley.
