Mr. Ushiku has over 15 years of experience which includes Process Design, Operation Manager, and Engineering Manager of Air Quality Control System (AQCS) mainly Flue Gas Desulfurization (FGD) plant. Mr. Ushiku is working as a group manager of FGD planning and engineering group which is responsible for basic and process design, produce basic engineering documents and review detail engineering documents for both domestic and oversea’s FGD plant. Mr. Ushiku’s role is managing the basic engineering work, arranging Research and Development activity, coordination with partner engineering company, and supervising junior FGD process engineers.
