Mr. Truscott is the Chief Operating Officer for CLP Power Hong Kong. He has worked in a variety of roles covering development, operations, financing, maintenance and construction in the power sector over the last 25 years. Previously, he was Senior Vice President for CLP Southeast Asia. From 2001 until 2009, Mr. Truscott served as Managing Director of a 1,434MW coal-fired plant from initial business development through financing and into commercial operations. Mr. Truscott is also qualified as an engineer for a US nuclear-powered submarine based upon his assignment aboard the USS Whale (SSN 638).
