Pratyush has more than 16 years of industry experience, e.g. in Design and Service Engineering, Supply Chain Management and Quality. After completing his Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering Pratyush became the frame owner of the SGT-8000H class Siemens Gas Turbines series in 2010 and successfully introduced this product into the global energy market. In 2013, he became the Product Line Manager for the global large gas turbine frames fleet. In his current role, he is responsible for developing the next generation advanced gas turbine portfolio for Siemens using a “Cradle-to-Grave” approach including Technology, Design, Manufacturing, Testing and Service. He has patents and publications in the fields of Operational Flexibility, Combustion Modeling, and Emissions reduction. He has served in the advisory boards of professional organizations like ASME & Electric Power and has presented in several international conferences including being the Keynote speaker in ASME Turbo Expo in 2014.
