Mr. John Stanley serves as the Strategic Planner for the PM DoD Biometrics. He is a Certified Biometric Security Engineer with experience in force development and security cooperation. Not only is he leading the charge on S&T efforts for the PM, but he's also taking a leading role in supporting two FMS cases and biometric enablers for two Urgent Operational Needs. John's previous civilian assignments include: Requirements Synchronization Officer for Transportation Systems in HQDA G-3; Foreign Military Sales lead for HQDA G-8; Management Analyst at Installation Management Command; Senior Military Analyst at HQDA G-8; Systems Analyst at Space and Missile Defense Command; Program Analyst at HQAF “Skunkworks”; and Strategic Planner in J8.
