Mike Phibbs brings over 29 years of experience as a Lieutenant with the City of Richmond, Virginia, Police Department. He is a Central Virginia Type3 All-Hazards Incident Management Team member and certified Type 3 Operations Section Chief and Air Operations Branch Director. Mike has deployed as an Operations Section Chief to the Florida Keys after Hurricane Irma, Jackson County, Florida, after Hurricane Michael, the Vice Presidential Debate at Longwood, Virginia, and to other events and incidents on the east coast. He has a Bachelor's Degree from Virginia Commonwealth University and a Master's Degree from the University of Richmond.
