Stan Bonner is Lead for CECOM’s Training Support Division’s Signal University Program. He has oversaw this project for over two years and has expanded the program to 11 training facilities. Prior to this he managed the 1st Infantry Division’s school for 5 years providing industry and tactical communication training to Fort Riley Soldiers.
