From 1994 to 2002, Mr. Vance served as an infrastructure analyst for the Joint Warfare Analysis Center. In 2002, Mr. Vance joined the Mission Assurance division of the Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC). In this role, he served as a Chief Engineer for Geospatial Technology Advancement. Mr. Vance is currently the Division Chief for PD ALTESS’ Application Services Division.
