Kadri Koppel
Assistant Professor
Kansas State University
Koppel is an assistant professor in the Department of Food Nutrition Dietetics and Health at Kansas State University. She teaches sensory analysis classes, including a unique class called Pet Food Sensory Analysis. Her research focuses on pet food palatability and involves both analytical and consumer studies. She has been published in a variation of food and animal science journals. Koppel is also an associate editor in Journal of Sensory Studies as well as the chair of an ISO sensory analysis group.
