In his role at Lansing, an independent commodity merchandising company, Matthews leads the planning, organizing, staffing and business unit operations of the pet food ingredients division, which is primarily focused on grain-free ingredient solutions for pet food manufacturers. He joined Lansing in 2007 and is a member of the Lansing Leadership Team. Previously, Matthews held leadership roles in operations at the Andersons Inc. and was director of operations at Greenline Foods Inc. He is a graduate of Ohio State University and earned a master of business administration from Bowling Green State University.
