Bob is a Senior Partner with Training Unlimited, LLC, a HR consulting firm he co-founded in 1999. His positive energy & enthusiasm have inspired clients both inside & outside the classroom. Bob provides practical solutions, proven tips, & common sense to help organizations prepare for the challenges of today’s marketplace. His professionalism & experience reflect in his actions. Whether in the classroom or the convention center, he engages his audiences with excitement. His focus is on customer service, communication, stress, & team building issues. Prior to founding Training Unlimited, Bob built a successful career within the financial services industry. During his tenure with Merrill Lynch, key roles included Vice President - Organizational Development & Quality Manager, where he managed the marketing & implementation of organizational & cultural changes to 2800 employees across 700 Branch Offices. Additionally, he was the Admin Services Manager for the internal training group with responsibilities for managing administrative, communications, HR, facilities, & technology functions. He is the co-author of Putting Your Best Foot Forward: School to Work Program, which provides students entering the workforce with job hunting skills including networking, resume writing, dressing for success, & sharing positive energy during interview. Bob earned a BA in Journalism from St. Bonaventure University in New York. He currently serves as the elected president of the University’s National Alumni Association Board & a Member of the Board of Trustees. Bob is active in the HR profession. He is the Past-President of the Jersey Shore Association for HR. He currently serves on the Executive Board, where he chairs the Scholarships & Sponsorships Committee. He is a former member of the Garden State Council-SHRM & the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM).
