Sister Bessie Mae Moo-cho first began her journey with the Sisters in 2008. Since then, she has worked with the Las Vegas, Portland, and San Diego houses on a multitude of events. Also known as “the Holy Cow,” Bessie Mae is currently serving as the co-Abbess of the San Diego Sisters of Perpetual Indulgence, Asylum of the Tortured Heart. She is typically found with her hand in numerous honey pots, most recently working on the 2017 Conclave committee, as the Food and Beverage Director of San Diego Leather Pride, caring for a small farm of plush animals, and pursuing three Bachelor’s Degrees.
