Mr. Rice serves as the principal author of the DoD Cloud Computing Security Requirements Guide (CC SRG) at the Defense Information Systems Agency. The CC SRG provides the framework by which DoD assesses Non-DoD Federal Government and Commercial CSPs for receiving a DoD Provisional Authorization (PA) to host DoD systems, applications, and information. The CC SRG also provides these organizations with guidance and requirements for integrating with DoD networks and Cyber Security Services while also providing guidance and requirements for DoD Component's Mission Owners' use of all Cloud Computing Service Offerings (CSOs).
