Gregory J. Matthias is the Technical Director for the Infrastructure Development Directorate. In this role, he is responsible for the technical direction of information technology (IT) infrastructure developed and delivered on behalf of DISA for the Department of Defense. The scope of DISA infrastructure products include: evolving and future networks, enterprise perimeter cyber security protection, public key infrastructure, cross domain enterprise services, cloud, cyber protection tools for assessing and reporting cyber hygiene, cyber sensors, cyber situational awareness and analytics tools, mobility, and the Joint Regional Security Stack (JRSS). Prior to this position, Mr. Matthias was the Deputy CTO for Shared Services in the Enterprise Information Services Directorate. As such he was responsible for the technical direction of information technology (IT) services delivered to the DISA worldwide workforce. Mr. Matthias has been affiliated with DISA since 2000 except for a three year period from 2004-2007. During his time at DISA he has held many technical leadership positions of increasing responsibility.
