Anil S. Menawat is President and COO of Menawat & Co. and works with manufacturing and service industries to improve their EBITDA performance using proprietary ProFIT-MAP™ solution. ProFIT-MAP™ is an innovative way to improve business performance holistically as a software and analysis methodology, which is a convergence of business methods, systems thinking, and dynamic analysis to maximize performance and minimize risk. The systems analytic approach focuses on the role of people and dynamic connections among operational, supply chain and other processes to directly impact EBITDA. Menawat & Co. won 2010 Corp! Magazine Science and Technology award. Anil earned BS and MS in Chemical Engineering, and a Ph.D. in Systems Theory. He has 35 years of experience in manufacturing, Chemical, pharmaceutical, software and consulting industries. His career started as a Process Design Engineer at Union Carbide designing new processes and trouble-shooting existing ones. Anil was an Assistant Professor at Tulane University with joint appointments in Chemical Engineering and Molecular & Cellular Biology. ProFIT-MAP™ emerged from his research and consulting experiences during these years.
