Ms. Luoma received an M.S in Mental Health Counseling from Wright State University, Dayton OH in 2006; also obtained a M.Div. in Pastoral Counseling from Liberty Theological Seminary, Lynchburg VA in 2010. Tracy is a Licensed Supervisory Professional Clinical Counselor in the State of Ohio and worked in community mental health before taking the position of Addiction Therapist at the Department of Veteran’s Affairs, Dayton, Ohio, in 2009. She was promoted in 2014 to her current position as Mental Health Program Specialist. She is a doctoral student at Walden University in the Counselor Education and Supervision program with a focus on Program Evaluation and Leadership.   She is a NBCC-National Certified Counselor and Certified Clinical Mental Health Counselor; as well as an Approved Clinical Supervisor. Ms. Luoma has been a professional member of ACA and the Ohio Counseling Association since 2009 and was elected by ACA members for term 2014-16 to serve as a Board of Director for the Military and Government Counseling Association (MGCA) and also serves on the editorial board for the MGCA journal. She is an Executive Committee Member of the Counseling and Technology Interest Network Secretary. She has been a volunteer with Give an Hour since 2012, a non-profit organization providing complimentary and confidential mental health services to U.S. military service members, veterans, families and communities.   As Mental Health Program Specialist, she oversees Mental Health Initiatives . This position involves management of behavioral health programming,  coordinating and oversight of the Telemental Health Program (TMH) initiative. She designed, manages and administers the facility’s TMH program and their interface with conventional group , individual counseling, and delivery of for psychiatric, psychological, counselor and  PTSD, Psychosocial Rehabilitation, Substance Use Disorder, and Family Services.
