Nate is the Sr. Safety Engineer and the Director of Electrical Safety Services for The Hilgeman Group. Nate has more than fourteen (14) years of electrical and arc flash safety experience and has worked with over 1,500 companies in North America helping them implement their arc flash and electrical safety programs. Nate provides training to more than 2,000 (+/-) trainees across the country in industries ranging from industrial, retail, and production facilities. Nate is also the lead investigator for The Hilgeman Group for electrical arc flash investigations.
