Clif is a Managing Director in Accenture’s Federal Service practice and has more 30 years of government and private sector experience in nearly all areas of performance management, technology management, financial management, accounting, and auditing. Additionally, he’s managed projects related to compliance, accounting systems implementation, process improvement and redesign, performance measurement, activity-based cost management (ABCM), benchmarking, fee setting, internal controls and competitive sourcing. Clif’s current client base includes the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services and Health and Human Services. Prior to consulting, he worked for government as an auditor and program manager. Clif is a recognized thought leader in Federal performance and financial management. He directed and published the results of AGA’s annual survey of government financial and technology executives for nine years.
