Sean Morris, based in Washington DC, is a Principle within Deloitte Consulting LLP has more than 17 years of consulting experience. Mr. Morris leads Deloitte Consulting’s Federal Human Capital practice, responsible for profit and loss, solution development, and strategic planning across three distinct service lines – 1. Organization Transformation, 2. Human Resource Transformation, and 3. Talent Performance and Rewards. Additionally, Mr. Morris is Deloitte’s global solution lead for Immigration and Border Management, which helps numerous immigration agencies. Previously, Sean was Deloitte Consulting’s Lead Consulting Partner (LCP) for its Department of Homeland Security (DHS) practice. In this capacity he led the development and execution of consulting solution offerings, resource management, and new business development across a highly diversified client base at DHS HQ, FEMA, TSA, Coast Guard, USCIS, ICE, and CBP. Additionally, Mr. Morris was the Lead Client Service Partner (LCSP) for the ICE and USCIS components. He also cofounded the Immigration Community of Interest (iCOIN), a forum that brings together thought leaders across the immigration spectrum to foster collaboration and develop innovative ideas to help solve issues affecting immigration-related processes. Sean has a M.A. in International Relations and Affairs from American University and a B.S. from University of Oregon.
