Mr. Stutler is a Director in PricewaterhouseCoopers’ Public Sector Advisory business. He has more than ten years’ experience leading public sector clients through transformation initiatives related to commercial off the shelf enterprise resource planning and business intelligence platforms. Most recently, Mr. Stutler has been focused on helping public sector organizations “unlock” their operational data stores and use this data to drive performance and decision making. Mr. Stutler has a Master’s of Business Administration (MBA) and is a Project Management Professional (PMP), an Agile Certified Practitioner (ACP) and a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (LSSGB).
