Christopher Zeleznik leads the HHS Section 5 Grants Pilot effort. He has over 20 years of experience in Federal government management. He has served at the Patent and Trademark Office, U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, Transportation Security Administration, and joined HHS in 2006. During his career, he served as Project and Program Manager, Contracting Officer, Contracting Officer Technical Representative, and Computer Specialist managing contract program portfolios valued at over $1.5 billion. Mr. Zeleznik holds a Master’s Degree in Information Technology.
