With nearly 40 years of experience and leadership in the Office Equipment industry, Mike brings with him an unimaginable broad and deep scope of understanding and vision. His career started off as a trainer at a local dealer in Chicago and he quickly realized the vast potential this industry has to offer and hasn't looked back since! Over his nearly 40-year career, Mike has served as president and COO of Hitachi Koki Imaging Solutions, Inc., and held senior management positions with Minolta Corporation and Ricoh Corporation. Mike joined Electronics For Imaging as General Manager of EFI's Service Automation division in 2003. In this role, Mike was responsible for Automated Dispatch Systems and the Intelligent Device Management solution set, bringing them together under a new name: Mobile Workforce Automation.
