Kirk Nesbit, Vice President of Design & Support Services for SYNNEX Corporation, has seen the IT channel from several vantage points. Nesbit began his career with, and ultimately leading the IT operations of, a multi-billion dollar Illinois manufacturer. In 1990, he acquired a systems integration business and led that organization for 17 years. He sold that business in 2007 upon taking his current position with technology distributor, SYNNEX Corporation. Today, Nesbit leads technical services related to: solution design, deployment and ongoing management across many of SYNNEX’ technology stacks. The primary role of SERVICESolv is to augment dealers/resellers in a technology they don’t yet have competency in, or in a geographic area where they don’t have feet on the street. Nesbit was recently named to CRN Magazine’s “100 People You Don’t Know But Should” list, and was also featured in ChannelPro Magazine’s January 2016 edition citing cutting edge solutions appropriate for SMB.
