West McDonald has been directly involved in the Managed Print Services (MPS) space for over a decade and has come to be respected as one of the foremost experts in the field. West was included in The Week In Imaging's "Top 40 Most Influential in the Imaging Industry" as well as being a member of the "ENX Difference Makers in Document Imaging." Never satisfied with the status quo, West has spearheaded The SBB (Seat Based Billing) Executive Council which includes 32 independent office equipment dealers looking to build the MPS business model of the future. West McDonald currently acts as the VP of Business Development at Print Audit and is the owner of FocusMPS. At Print Audit West works to help office equipment dealers to win customers, keep current customers, and build recurring revenue. The world is quickly moving to "The New Office" and West is excited to be a part of the transformation.
